I had issues with this at a different Brig. I wrote a letter to my then pregnant adult girlfriend about our expectant unborn daughter, and the Brig took disciplinary action against me for “grooming” a future victim. This was 14 years ago. I wasn’t in the Brig long enough to fight it, but they took a good chunk of good-time (only later to restore it). I ended up writing a letter to my Congressman about it, and a few week later the Brig Commanding Officer had me in his office asking how we could resolve it.

Bout to file in state court now I can tell yu all that. Federal court is about done after the 9th really as we know SCOTUS isn’t ready take it up yet. Especially Pro Se I am sure. I love to see people fight back for sure……
